烤蘆筍 Grilled Asparagus

材料 Ingredients
蘆筍 Asparagus1 磅 lb (450g)
特級初炸橄欖油 Extra virgin olive oil 2 大匙 Tbs
鹽 Salt1/2 小匙 tsp
黑胡椒 Black pepper1/4 小匙 tsp

做法﹕
1.蘆筍洗乾淨後擦乾。切去質地較老的底部。
2.將蘆筍,加橄欖油,鹽和黑胡椒在砧板上拌勻。
3.烤盤燒到很熱後,鋪上蘆筍用中大火燒烤3分鐘後翻動蘆筍再燒烤3分鐘或到蘆筍熟了為止。



PROCEDURE:
1.Wash and dry the asparagus. Cut off the tough bottom ends.
2.Mix the asparagus with the olive oil, salt and black pepper on the chopping board.
3.Heat the grill pan until very hot. Add the asparagus and grill in medium-high heat for 3 minutes. Turn the asparagus and continue grilling for another 3 minutes or until they are tender.
